Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set out the conditions for using the B2B sales automation service ("Service") provided by Outreach ("the Company").

Article 2 (Description of the Service)

The Company provides the following services.

• Keyword-based collection of company information
• Automated email and Instagram DM sending
• Sending performance analytics and CRM features
• Credit-based, pay-as-you-go billing

Article 3 (Signup and Use)

① Users may use the Service by agreeing to these Terms and applying for membership.

② Members must provide accurate information when signing up, and must update it promptly if it changes.

Article 4 (User Obligations)

Users must not do any of the following.

• Stealing another person’s personal information, or collecting, using, or transmitting it without authorization
• Violating the law through spam, obscene material, defamation, illegal transactions, or similar acts
• Using collected information for purposes outside the Service, such as resale
• Abnormally bypassing the Service or placing excessive load on its systems

Important: This Service is a tool for lawful B2B sales activity. Emails and DMs sent for sales or promotional purposes may count as advertising communications under Korea’s Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization, which can require the recipient’s prior consent. Users bear full responsibility for any account suspension (Gmail/Instagram) or legal disputes (violations of the Network Act or the Personal Information Protection Act) arising from their sending activity.

Article 5 (Fees and Payment)

① The Service operates on a credit-based, pay-as-you-go basis.

② Payments are processed through Toss Payments.

③ Refunds are available only for unused credits, within 7 days of payment.

Article 6 (Suspension and Termination of Service)

① The Company may restrict or suspend use of the Service in the following cases.

• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of law or public order
• Extended inactivity (12 months or more)

② Members may request account deletion at any time.

Article 7 (Limitation of Liability)

The Company is not liable for damages arising from the following causes.

• Password leaks or account theft caused by the user’s negligence
• Outages of external services (Gmail, Instagram, Toss, etc.)
• Account suspension or legal disputes arising from the user’s sending activity

Article 8 (Dispute Resolution)

Disputes concerning these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, with the court having jurisdiction over the Company’s headquarters as the exclusive venue.
